Wondering what to get me? I have a GREAT suggestion, courtesy of John at Some Strange Ideas.
MacHeist is a great software bundle that is selling at 80% off the total price - a STEAL at only $49. The bundle includes two programs I’ve been eyeing, Delicious Library (of course, I would need an iSight or other webcam to fully utilize it <wink>) and PhotoMagico, which alone retail for $119. Best of all, $10 of your purchase price goes to a charity of your choice!
The offer’s only good for a week, so go ahead and act now
.
PS: this is in all seriousness - let me know if my not-so-subtle hints are working. my dubious software ethics not withstanding, i don’t know what i would do with more than one of these.

For all the talk about the authenticity of college sports, I can’t help it. I’m an NBA junkie. I have a lot of loyalties, too. It’s not that I’m fickle, but my stints in Michigan and Texas, as well as years spent being a Barkley/KJ fan have given me an affinity for the Pistons, Mavs, and Suns. And now, I’ll do what I can to support the Sonics as long as I can too. Right now, we’re watching the first half of the Suns-Lakers game, but I’ll leave you with some glorious news about my new enemies, the Miami Heat.
Kirk Hinrich — who signed a five-year extension just hours before tip-off — scored 26 points, Chris Duhon added 20 and the Bulls delivered a huge stunner in beating the defending NBA champion Heat 108-66 in Tuesday night’s season opener.
